it didn’t hurt at all
until i ripped the bandaid off
then it stung strong like a bitch
which now seems dumb because
i’ve got no problem with
walking around forevermore
with a bandage stuck on it
*for me but perhaps there’ll be some metaphorical meaning for somebunny else
